Most of the time buying a car goes as smoothly as clockwork. However, occasionally things do go wrong. Again most of the time these things can be addressed but despite our best efforts and the benefits you enjoy from dealing with Autolab (UK) Limited, there are still occasions where things may not go as smoothly as both you and we would hope. If you do have a complaint about your purchase, the first point of contact should be the Salesperson who sold you your car and they will do everything possible to resolve the matter. If this does not satisfy your complaint please ask for the complaint to be escalated to their line manager through the below email address.
Financial Services Complaints
If we are unable to resolve any finance related complaint within 8 weeks, you may refer your dispute to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This is a free of charge service.
